The types,specifications,ranks,performances and pueposes of cellucotton products are as follows :

1.Types:

Classifications of cellucotton:silicon-less cellucotton,semi-silica cellucotton,and silicon cellucotton.

A .silicon-less cellucotton(without silicon oil,nonskid cotton): Mainly used for production of polyester wadding;

B .semi-silica cellucotton: Mainly used for bedclothes or sofa,bench hassock;

C . silicon cellucotton(smooth cotton,soft handfeel,and elastic):Suitable for sofa,bench hassock,toys,bedclothes,and automobile filling products.

2.Specifications:

A .1D-25D×32-64: D stands for diameter of cellucotton ,the larger the number,the larger the diameter.Usually,wool with diameter less than 6D is fibril with good hand-feel,and wool with diameter more than 15D is coarse fiber with good elasticity (e.g. Wool with7D and 15 D are often used in furniture factory and toy factory ).

B .28mm and 32mm are short-fiber(e.g.7D×32),suitable for machine filling;51mm and 64mm are long-fiber (e.g.15×64)with good elasticity.They can be used for combined machine filling of cotton-losing and cotton filling.

3.Ranks:

A .One A is the 2D domestic figurine PP cotton with soft hand-feel and average elasticity(suitable for products with less requirements for quality,e.g. Toys and sofa)

B .AA means the domestic 3D whorl cotton with soft hand-feel and good elasticity(suitable for middle and high-grade  product,e.g.toys,sofa,bench hassock,and bedclothes).

C .AAA means the import 3D whorl cotton with soft hand-feel and good elasticity(suitable for high-grade products).

D .Fire-protection cotton(inflaming retarding cotton)meets the international fire-protection standards of European Union,America and Britain(suitable sofa,hassock and pillow).

E . Green cotton(mottled cotton):Suitable for products with fewer requirements for color.The price of green cotton is low.

 Note:The price of the teased cotton is higher than raw cotton.Using raw cotton can save thousands of RMB for each ton from the teased cotton.
