        product introduction:

        This product is a new product specially designed for the stuffing products such as sofa, seat cushion, pillow etc, and its greatest advantageis that the mix fiber cotton won't  form granules.The products have plain & tidy appearance with good flexibility (especielly, for the plain & tidy level of appearance is rather importance to pillow and sofa). The product has fillsup the blank of this te-chnology in our country, which has gained national petent. The whole machine adopts automobile spray booth for high temperature pre-painting and antirust.

         main functions:

         Combination function of breaking spong, carding fiber cotton, mixture and stuffing, and the above functions can be carried out at the same time. Putting the sponge (containing leftover material), raw cotton (non-cared fiber cotton) or feather into machine, it can automatically card the fiber cotton and break the sponge (different  proportion of various material dosages could be a-djusted). After automatic equal-mixture, they can be filled into the products.

        The combination machine has many functions:

        1. solely carding fiber cotton

        2. carding fiber and stuffing fiber cotton

        3. solely breaking sponge

        4. carding fiber cotton and mixing feather and stuffing
