My company sells a variety of specifications of cotton fiber, the supply is adequate ( about 250kg per pack ): cotton, two-dimensional ,three-dimensional Korea cotton, fire cotton, imitation down cotton, Pearl cotton.

1, varieties : cotton fiber is divided into: silicon fiber cotton, cotton fiber, semi silicon silicon fiber cotton.

Silicon fiber cotton ( excluding oil, cotton no slip ): mainly used in cotton production.

Semi silica fiber cotton: mainly used for bedding or sofa cushions.

Silicon fiber cotton ( cotton, soft, smooth and strong flexibility ): suitable for sofa, cushion, toys, bedding, automotive products such as the use of filling.

2,specifications:

1D-25D*32-64:D stands for cotton fiber thickness, the larger the number, the more coarse cotton diameter, usually 6D following the fine fiber, the hand feeling is good, more than 15D coarse fiber, strong elasticity ( such as: furniture factory, toy factory, more commonly used 7D 15D cotton ).

28-32-51-64:28mm, 32mm staple fiber (such as 7D*32 ) for machine: 51mm, 64mm is filled with long fiber ( such as 15D*64 ), long fiber with good elasticity, can use the loose cotton cotton filling machine filling.
